Rawls, Life Member #21, and former District Director of Florida for his sterling example of Service, Brotherhood, Leadership, and Commitment to the ideas of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.
Brother Rawls held numerous leadership positions in the FFAC for many years, of which he performed in an exemplary manner at all levels. He was dedicated to the ideas of our Fraternity, as well as, a strong proponent for maintaining the fundamental fraternal spirit of our Founders, the Seven Jewels.
